Background & Education

Bria holds a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Biology, from Augustana University and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Prior to starting her master’s program, she worked for over two years as a medical scribe with a Family Medicine practitioner at Mayo Clinic Health System in Owatonna, MN. Following the completion of her second degree, Bria concluded a 12-month psychiatric internship with Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and briefly worked as a mental health intake clinician with Chicago Lakeshore Hospital.

Current Role/Responsibilities

Bria is a legal assistant working alongside Coffman Law Offices, P.C. Her responsibilities include assisting with deposition coordination, discovery production, and court filings. In addition, Bria is responsible for organizing and managing electronic and paper files and communicating with facilities and clients regarding treatment services relevant to each case.

Bria enjoys staying active through playing sand volleyball, walking along Lake Michigan, and exercising. Additional hobbies include reading, gardening, playing the piano, listening to music, dancing, and volunteering in her community and church.
